Victoria Usherenko is founder and Managing Partner of Liaison Search Associates, a boutique executive search and staffing firm based in South Florida with offices in Mexico City. Victoria focuses on recruitment of executives for emerging technology and Fortune 1000 companies, with a focus on southeastern US and Latin America.
Prior to LSA, Usherenko established the US headquarters of ISM Consulting, a small world class consulting boutique specializing in project management, corporate transformation and information technology staffing.
While at ISM, Victoria was responsible for new business development and candidate recruitment for her Fortune 500 and emerging high-tech clients.
She started her career with the First National Bank of Chicago where she served as senior internal auditor. She moved to Miami in 1992 to take a position with TransChem Finance and Trade as project manager conducting onsite due diligence, business development and analysis in the agriculture, banking, chemical and manufacturing sectors.
Victoria is Founding President of ITWomen (www.itwomen.org ), a volunteer based, non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement, advocacy, and development of aspiring and professional women in the field of technology. In addition, she has been involved in business and civic organizations throughout South Florida including, iCoast, Beacon Council, and Women in Trade International.
She was born in Kiev, Ukraine and emigrated to the United States in 1975.
She holds a B.A. in Business and Finance from the University of Michigan and a M.I.B.A. in International Business from Nova Southeastern University .
